These are preliminary drawings for two Walnut Credenzas that are being built for a Manhattan home. The design hasn’t been finalized yet- the legs may change- but they are both built of slab Pennsylvania hardwood, and are rather clean and modern-looking, with no exposed hardware. The next item up on the agenda is this oversized built-in Walnut credenza with three large floating shelves. The credenza boasts ten black walnut doors and matching counter. The doors will have no visible hardware to distract from the wood- instead, they’ll employ push to open catches that hide inside the cabinet. This drawing of a custom armoire is for a client in Hoboken, NJ who wanted something in the Hollywood Regency style to house items for her baby, expected later this spring.
